Since 2019, Angie Vrba has been the heart and soul behind Major Facility Solutions, a company she took from $90,000 to $1.1 million in revenue in her very first year. Her rise is a testament to her unique blend of hands-on experience, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of what clients truly need. Angie doesn’t just manage the company—she shapes its vision and drives its growth with a level of dedication that is reflected in her active roles with industry organizations like RFMA and ConnexFM, where she has also contributed to the DE&I committee, working to create more inclusive workplaces.

Angie’s journey began in a world of blue-collar trades, where she gained a solid grounding in skilled trades, particularly electrical and overhead door systems. She later brought that knowledge to her role as a Department Manager at Sears, where she gained invaluable insight into facility management from the customer’s point of view. Angie was then drawn to Major Facility Solutions, where she became the first employee. As Project Manager, her leadership was key to the company’s initial growth, laying the foundation for her seamless transition into ownership.

But Angie’s story is not just one of business success—it’s also one of service. After Hurricane Ivan, she spent a year working with FEMA’s Operation Blue Roof, assisting in disaster relief efforts across Florida and Alabama. This experience deepened her project management skills and tested her ability to perform under pressure, shaping her leadership in ways that have stayed with her throughout her career.

Alongside her professional journey, Angie has committed herself to lifelong learning. She spent four years studying Business/Pre-Law at the University of Akron and continues her education at Malone University, balancing academic growth with practical, real-world experience.

When she’s not leading her company, Angie is a devoted partner and stepmother to three boys, sharing her life with her family and their two Springer Spaniels, Barley and Blaine. Her story is one of relentless growth, service, and a dedication to those she leads and loves.
